Strong
Strala's signature class is both physically and mentally challenging. As yoga is less about what pose you're in and more about finding your own edge, it's open to beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. You'll sweat, build focus, and total body strength that's well beyond what can be accomplished in a gym.
Relax
One notch less intense than Strala's signature Strong, Relax gets you warm, moving steadily, and builds awareness through sustained concentration. A great de-stress option for everyday life, opening up and feeling great.
Recover
One notch less intense than Relax, Recover is a great maintenance plan for athletes in training and/or recovering from the big race, as well as people wanting to restore from the intensities of life. Lots of time spent breathing on blocks and staying in gentle openers is a great supplement to any hectic life.
